Degüello BBQ is now offering catering services. Having an office gathering, birthday party, or other special event? You could order out a bunch of pizzas and sodas. You could buy mass-produced “barbecue” that is nothing more than parboiled meat soaked in sauce. Or, you can contact us to design and deliver a made-to-order, authentic barbecue experience that you and your guests will love.
We specialize in smaller gatherings (50 guests and under), and we can either deliver your meal for you to serve and enjoy yourself, or we can provide full service. Also, since we make everything from scratch, including rubs and sauces, we can tailor your menu to accommodate dietary restrictions such as gluten intolerance. However, we can’t do “low calorie ‘cue”. That’s just not possible. And even it was, we wouldn’t do it. It just wouldn’t be right.........
